5 Factor Diet

The 5 Factor Diet is described as simple, yet powerful weight-loss nutritional program.

This diet goes together with short, but effective exercises that are not supposed to take up more than 25 mins each day.

Harley Pasternak originally created his 5-Factor Diet for celebrities. He was reportedly challenged to create brief (yet incredibly effective) workouts for actors, training them during their short breaks on movie sets.

He had to create healthy meals in a matter of minutes (literally), using simple (and only few) ingredients, so they could fit in the mini fridge on a set. Those factors proved strong motivators for creating a supposedly inventive and efficient 5-factor weight-loss plan…

Feedback & Overview
Actual Customer Feedback:

"...between my husband and I, we have lost over 60 pounds. But it didn't happen in a month, and it certainly didn't happen in a week. We followed the plan, exactly as written, for five entire weeks. This plan improved the way I FELT, because I was smarter about my eating choices; losing weight was a bonus! I felt so good that I MADE it work for my crazy busy life, and I'm delighted!"

"My sister-in-law was on it. It's a very healthy diet and the weight loss is slow, which is healthy too. She loses about two pounds a week."
